The first thing that catches my ear is the synth work. A cool feature to add depth to the song. Great lyrics and vocal style. The guitar strumming holds the song together like glue. Well done Max!

The beds are getting better all the time Lex. You still need to work on the vocals a bit and tighten up some of the phrasing but your closing on it.
